MHRN-C has 12 Research Development Groups (RDGs)
that supplement the research hubs. They are on a non-geographical
basis and reflect cross-cutting areas of research expertise
and activity across institutions. MHRN-C has sought to develop
a distinctive portfolio reflecting national needs and research
strengths. The research groups provide the creative
drive for the network.
